ORGANIZATION OF CAODAI       

CaoDai is managed by two powers, the spiritual one and the earthly one.

A. The spiritual power: this power is seated at the Bat Quai Dai ( Octagonal Palace ) headed by God who gives orders and messages to the earth via mediums. God is assisted by Divine Spirits.

B. The earthly power: This power consists of the Cuu Trung Dai ( Nine Sphere Palace) or the Executive body headed by the Giao Tong (Pope) and the Hiep Thien Dai (Heavenly Union Palace) or Legislative body headed by the Ho Phap (Protector).
